We use no third-party tools to manage our social-media pages or interactions. If you send us a private or direct message via social media, it will be sent directly to us and will not be shared with any other organisations or persons. Our marketing team will monitor these messages and if it needs response from us, we pass the information to respective department to get the answer and then respond to your message as a reply in the same channel.
